“Easy to work with.”

Nice work! My shower's tile looks fantastic, and the fixtures they picked out for me to choose from all look great in my bathroom. Easy company to work with. Lots of communication and they finished in the estimated time.

Patrick Henry Neighborhood Bathroom

A lot of work and heart went into this 1905 Central Sioux Falls bathroom remodel project.

Driven by the homeowner’s desire to keep the period of the home alive in this finished bathroom, we took inspiration from design choices from that era and gave them a modern, fresh helping hand while staying true to the home’s roots. From the checkered floor tile to the brushed bronze-gold fixtures, this bathroom tips its hat to the rest of the home while elevating the space and feeling and looking unrecognizable (in the best of ways!).

The homeowner’s hope was to nix the tub and create a slightly larger shower space with a tile surround that would feel fresh (unlike the chipping, peeling painted tile that resided on these walls previously). The fact that the door swung open to hit the toilet also proved to be an annoyance, so we swapped the hinges and gave the bathroom a more spacious feel while allowing a much grander, smoother entrance into the bathroom from the hallway.

“They are rockstars”

I 100% recommend this full-service and locally-owned business. They took my two dated primary and hall baths (think carpet and pink tiling) and gutted them into the perfection you see below. Caleb and Elisabeth were a dream to work with. From the hand drawings, to the meticulous design and material selections, to great communication through every construction hurdle, to providing styling and finishing, we have just been so pleased with the finished product. And they were a joy to have in our home for what can be a long and arduous process. These people are now our friends and they are rockstars at what they do. Meet with them and find out for yourselves!

Tuthill Master Bathroom

This cramped, carpeted, and outdated bathroom was completely gutted and reborn into this jaw-dropping open space that felt absolutely captivating to stand within. The layout, complete with wet room, was designed by Caleb with our designer Elisabeth breathing life into the space through meticulous material selection with the homeowner’s personal color palette preferences in mind. This bathroom went from dark and claustrophobic to airy, bright, and absolutely grand. Not only is the space much more functional, but the aesthetics are beautiful.

We opted to keep the alcove tub where it was and not swap it for a free-standing tub. What we did to elevate the tub experience was to greatly increase the size of the tub from 60" x 32" to the 60" x 36" Signature Hardware Sitka tub. This provided a very spacious soaking experience the homeowner was dreaming of. Sticking with an alcove tub in the same location also saved space within the budget that was then available to put towards the extra wet room tile, giving the shower and wet room area its eye-catching and grand finish!
